If you have any issues with your order, or feel a mistake has been made, please contact us, we want every customer to be happy with their order and will advise on the best way to help you.
Returns – General
For all returns customers must include their full name, address, telephone number, payment method & sale date, in their correspondence.
Returns – Cooling off period
Wheel Power offers a 7 day cooling off period from receipt of the goods. To make a return Wheel Power must be notified by durable medium (writing / email) within this 7 day period. Customers are responsible for the full cost of returning the goods to Wheel Power. It is the customers responsibility to return the item in the condition it was supplied, and should both package the item appropriately and take appropriate insurance cover for the return transit. Wheel Power will refund customer monies following return and inspection of goods, within 30 days. Goods must be returned completely unused/unfitted.
Returns – Faulty goods
Please inspect goods for any faults BEFORE fitting to a vehicle, Customer fitting to a vehicle will be deemed as customer acceptance of the goods and confirmation of their good condition. Customers should return the goods to Wheel Power, who upon confirmation of faulty goods, will refund the courier costs. Wheel Power will not be responsible for damage to good, or wear and tear. Wheel Power reserves the right to return andy goods to the manufacturer for fault assessment, prior to settling any claim.
Refunds at mangers discretion will be subject to 20% handling charge.
Damage in transit
Customers must inspect the package before signing for their order, if there is any visible damage it must be recorded with the delivery agent and the packaging kept. Customers are required to assist fully in any claim for damage in transit. Claims need to be made within 12 hours of delivery.
Custom Made / Over Seas Orders –
All custom / over seas orders are to be paid in full when ordering. Once the item / items are paid in full, we will complete the order with the factory.
Delivery Time Of Goods –
Delivery times can NOT be guaranteed, We will do our best to give you an estimated arrival date, however this is an estimate and can be changed at any time.
Estimates & Quotes –
Any estimates or quotes given via email / phone / person are valid for 7 days ONLY. After the 7 days your quote will be invalid and you will have to request another.
Refurbishment of Wheels –
Our refurbishment is NOT done on site, therefore we can not be held responsiable for any delays. We try and give you an estimated time, however time frames can not be guaranteed.
Colour Coding Wheels / Steering Wheels –
Without colour codes supplied to wheel power, We can not guarantee colour satisfaction to your requirements.
Custom / specifically Ordered Item / Items –
All orders that are custom made to customers needs / taste / requirements are NON refundable.
The item has to be fit for purpose i.e not faulty or damaged, Therefore it will not affect your customer rights.
But when it comes down to the colour , fitment, size etc this is down to the customer to make sure the order they are placing is 100% correct.
